So the gun made him do it ? If that is the case, then yes we have a gun problem. If the asshat just decided to try and kill as many people as he can...that seems to be a bit more on the individual now doesn't it ?

3400 people died last year due to distracted driving. Are we blaming the vehicle ? Nope. Are we blaming cell phones ? Nope. We are blaming the individual, by them being distracted.

When a LEO either by accident or other circumstances shoots a civilian unjustified, do we blame his firearm ? Nope.

So why do we blame firearms when people snap and kill others ?

Yes, anyone who wants to buy a gun also wants to kill people.

To destroy a gun is not just tossing it in a fire or driving a truck over it.
The receiver has. To be cut in two .paper work filed .A large amount of distruction has to be witnessed......No they were returned to the supplier.

So , no guns no more violence ? If that is the case, and you can prove it...I'll have the local PD lock mine up and only use them at the gun range.

Would you consider providing terrorist groups, such as ISIS, firearms a good idea? US citizens, going about their daily lives, are being attacked by wackos with firearms and the GOP doesn't care about screening them from buying guns.

What is the weapon of choice for mass murder of citizens going about their daily lives?

So your claim is that the only reason people buy guns is to kill people? Really?
