And I will direct the Bureau of Prisons to end the Trump Administration’s dangerous policy of imprisoning transgender people in facilities based on their sex assigned at birth and ensure that all facilities meet the needs of transgender people, including by providing medically necessary care, like transition-related surgeries, while incarcerated.
Wow. I can't say I fully agree with Warren on this one, but your can't say she doesn't think things through. That's one detailed plan.

They can plan, but apparently they can’t see consequences of their proposals put into action. You’ll have men claiming to be trans to avoid the more dangerous male prisons, and you’ll have trans people committing crimes to get into prison so we the taxpayers can pay for their wholly elective surgery.

So you are afraid that most men transitioning to women were straight as men, so once women their sexual orientation won't change, so they will want to rape women?

This sums up the glaringly obvious problems with this grand plan. One of the issues I can see is not behaving in prison so you don’t get released early because then you won’t get your surgery. I would like to know how much planned incarceration time they must have to be eligible to receive this surgery.
