How do we know that? We have yet to see a single tax return from him! Should we take his word considering how much he lies to us?

I'd bet even jimmy carter is still getting Secret Service protection.

I wonder what the total costs of all of that is? And never a word of complain from the left about but, NOW!
The Secret service always provides their own space wherever any former POTUS is. But the rent at Trump Tower is a tad higher than the cost of a guard shack in Crawford, Texas or Plains Ga.

Trump does enjoy telling the world how rich he is. Keeping the POTUS salary would really be tacky.

Yeah, and Bernie had a charitable foundation that he had to shut down too, because he was using all the proceeds for him and his family. Oh wait . . .

"The Secret service always provides their own space wherever any former POTUS is. Bingo so stop the whining.

"But the rent at Trump Tower is a tad higher than the cost of a guard shack in Crawford, Texas or Plains Ga." So you want the laws changed when we have a rich president to deny them staying in their own places of residence. Plus I'd bet they are getting a better rate then the other guests.

So, obama was a millionaire when he swerved and NEVER a word of complaint. I think I smell hypocrisy.

POTUS Trump does donate his salary. But what other income does he earn? The Secret Service rents space in Trump Tower. They have to pay for golf cart rental from his golf properties in order to guard him. They have to rent rooms in his properties. Everything I have read indicates that he is making more than his salary donation.

If Mrs. Sanders monetary losses at her former job were criminal and they could prove anything, she would have been arrested. There is a guy in Vermont who has been on their case since day 1.
What a stooooopid thing to say and you absolutely know it. Whatever money comes into Trump's businesses doesn't flow directly to his pockets. He draws a salary from the company, that doesn't change when more people rent stuff. The BUSINESS makes money just like any other BUSINESS that the SS uses stuff from.

Didn't watch video but I am remembering an article that said Bernie gave $17,000 to charity in a recent tax year. Not great.

Much like the leftist climate change fools who want YOU to change your lifestyle, while they continue to fly around on private jets -- People like Bernie have to set the example of being generous with their wealth.

However, Bernie looks like a major league philanthropist compared to Beto O'Roarke, a millionaire many times over, and who gave something like $500 in a recent tax year. That's just plain cheap.

The following story is one about charity and a famous person who was in Congress, Davey Crockett. The story is titled, "Not Yours to Give".

I encourage ALL of you to read it especially those of you who think government systems should handle welfare and other forms of charity. It may open your eyes to what the founding fathers of this nation actually intended.
