Former US President Jimmy Carter says Palestinian Authority Arabs living in Gaza are being ''starved to death'' by Israel. Carter made the claim speaking with students at the American University in Cairo on Thursday, saying that Gaza Arabs are receiving fewer calories per day than people in the poorest regions of Africa.

It's terrible and most likely true. The racism over there is just as bad as it used to be over here.
I'm sure there are going to be similar statement made here as on that site.

Carter is in Egypt - a country that has closed their border to Gaza. If he's so danged concerned about the Palestinians, why doesn't he try to make Egypt help them?
This is prime nonsense and idiocy, ala Jimmy Carter. So typical of the man. He needs to stay home and stop embarrassing himself.

800 Palestinians killed in Gaza, over half children and women. Schools targetted, electricity cut, Israel continues to do what its always done, treat the Arabs like they're not humans. A few days ago they killed 40 children at a school.
I think the only good that can come out of this is the increasing awareness over the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Some people in the west are finally starting to "get it."

STOP SHOOTING ROCKETS INTO ISRAEL.
Israel did NOT start this mess. Israel did not violate the cease fire. Israel is not randomly shooting rockets into civilian neighborhoods, in a flagrant effort to kill as many innocent civilians as possible.
Hamas needs to be wiped off the face of the earth. Hopefully, Israel will FINALLY finish the job. |

Hamas broke the cease fire by firing rockets into Israel for days, if not weeks. Israel held back from attacking at the first rocket. Now maybe they'll finally finish the job. |
