Several examples: How many Motorhomes are in Europe? How about Travel trailers? How about recreational Boats? Are you suggesting that everyone who has one of these get rid of them? Assuming you are suggesting same - then, what about the massive unemployment from all those industries now shut down?
And, how do you propose changing the driving distances - you know - those who live 80 miles from a town - often they are farming so don't even suggest they move closer

Thanks but, I'll continue to use my 60 to 80 gallons (or more) per week. Suits our lifestyle just fine. Let's see - gotta fill up the aircraft - thats around 100 gallons ...... Yep - works for me

You should look back over the last 30 years. The EPA's had all of about 2-3 applications for greenfield plants. The oil companies put their money into expanding capacity at existing refineries and they've done quite a bit of that. Surprise!
