Well it seems Bush's rating is extremely low, lower than any past president. He is also asking Congress to give an additional 770 M on TOP OF THE 500+ M he has already given to the world food fund... I guess since mos people over here hates him, he is trying to buy love from other countries... no matter how much money he gives... nobody is going to like him and that's pretty sad...

You're just giving more fodder for the folks who believe that the greatest presidents are only recognized as great after everyone hated them during their administration.

He passed Truman just recently but then truman is now thought oif as one of the greats by historians.Popularity is like fame;it soon fades.

His #'s are pathetic. What's even more pathetic? Congress approval ratings are even lower than Bush's. lol

And congress has dems and reps alike. Point?

The pinko Rep congress also spent much more than any Dem congress did.

what about nixon, carter?, they had really low ratings, i guess they are the greatest too?
