Vaccine passports/requirement to be vaccinated to attend an event or go into a business omit the 33 million people that have antibodies and are just as safe to be around. To me, that is a huge issue.

MSG, for example, does allow antibody testing to attend. They have rapid testing set up onsite.

"Coronavirus variants first found in South Africa and the UK are able to partially "breakthrough" the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine, according to an Israeli study that studied real-world infection data. The study has not yet been peer-reviewed."
So would a ban or restrictions then be limited to the particular vaccine you received? By the way, I have been fully vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine. I do presume that in the near future, Pfizer will come out with another booster for these new strains. Of course this could be a never ending quest to stay ahead of the virus.
Allowing people who are not vaccinated to circulate freely among vaccinated people is a violation of the freedom of the vaccinated people to not be exposed to a potential deadly biological agent. This is foundation principle which justifies government to exist.
And forcing people who choose not to be vaccinated because they may have reason not to trust the government (or pharmaceutical companies) is also a violation of our freedom as American citizens. If you knew of all the unethical (and dangerous) human experiments in the U.S. over the past 150 years, you might not feel the way you do. I won't even list them all. You can google it for yourself. But here, I'll give you a head start.
I get it but you'll see, this is much ado about nothing.
Also, if a private business elects to do it, then they should have that freedom. There are plenty of places to go in this world to shop, eat, etc. Pick one that fits your needs. Same as with the masks. If you don't want to wear one, go to a business that doesn't care. If you insist on wearing one, make sure you don't shop in business that don't care. It's personal choice.
The only place a person should be worried if they don't want to vax is if a local government won't let you in to conduct essential business. Again, this virus would have to be far worse (such as something like Ebola) before that would ever happen. Heck, the military isn't even mandating vaccines for servicemembers.
But, I suppose this is a discussion board so if we want to get into these dire scenarios, why not?
Are private businesses funding the development of the vaccine passports though?

Are private businesses funding the development of the vaccine passports though?
The Biden administration already stated they are funding private groups to create passports for business to use.
The money comes from the stimulus bill...I think about $500 million in grants for it.
That is a working group and has nothing to do with funding.
They are setting standards if you read about their goal.
Our current digital health records need to be reworked so that vaccine data can easily be accessed.
