Thumbs down California on it's way to becoming a Fascist state.

CA has outlawed home schooling.

CA does not respect Federal immigration laws, which already prohibit sanctuary cities for illegal aliens. CA is basically a Sanctuary-State.

CA law is forcing homeowners to tear up their roofs inside their homes and install fire sprinklers inside their homes.

CA towns prohibit smoking INSIDE people's own homes!!! Look, I am not a smoker, I hate when people smoke next to me, but banning smoking inside one's private property?!!?!? That is scary stuff!

CA has high taxes and the government controls the majority of people's incomes through massive taxation.

CA law wants to allow the government to have control of people's home thermostats, so if they feel you are turning on your A/C too much in the summer, they can shut it off remotely. I kid you not.

CA now has overturned the will of voters, who overwhelmingly passed Proposition 22 BANNING gay marriage and making Domestic Partnerships (a quasi-marriage) legal. They give full legal protection to gay couples, and yet that is not enough to the Fascist radicals in CA.

California has become (or to some is already becoming) a police-state, a Fascist state.

No wonder people from other parts of the country have a negative view of the state. What right does the liberal CA Supreme Court has to overturn the majority of Californians who said no to gay marriage? Geeesh!

FOXNews.com - California's Top Court Overturns Same-Sex Marriage Ban - Politics | Republican Party | Democratic Party | Political Spectrum

In sum: California sucks, I am extremely sad to see it become a Fascist state. Don't believe me? Then check out this book.... very insightful.

It gets worse. The same Californians have taken their "views" and completely changed states like Oregon, Washington, Montana, Arizona... as those states now have more native Californians in them than native states people.

We should have made that state its own country about 50 years ago and controlled any emigration from it.

Human rights should not go to a vote to begin with when they're already guaranteed in the constitution. This isn't an issue about taxes or zoning.

That is a huge problem. If liberal Kommifornians keep moving at these rates, they will take over a lot of surrounding states. I personally had a HORRIBLE perception of people from Kommifornia (whatever it is you call that "State" or country or whatever that place is), but a couple of neighbors of mine made me change these views a bit. I despised people from that Communist country, but they are such nice people and are actually reasonable and not Communist-like, which is amazing. They left Kommiefornia because they couldn't take the Fascist/Communist laws of that state and how liberal it is. So they left.

One thing these neighbors have explained to me is that many people escape the Communist/Fascist Nation of Kommiefornia and go to other states, but these people are a lot of the time Somewhat "conservative" who want their individual rights respected, thus they leave Kommiefornia for other states. So not all of the Kommiefornia "refugees" (as we joke about) leave because they cannot take the government repression, high taxes, and lack of individual rights. A LOT of conservatives will leave Kommiefornia because they are now being forced by liberal Kommiefornia Court decisions to send their kids to drug and violence infested schools in the state. These people will probably leave Kommiefornia, so if they do, and they are somewhat conservative, they can actually help the states they move to in national elections.

Does anyone else think that we should allow Kommiefornia to become its own country and stop their citizens from coming to the United States?

Check out the Kommiefornia flag. It looks like they know they are running a separate country there already!

Is it too late to give California back to Mexico?

We know they want it, and California obviously doesn't feel the need to adhere to the laws of this country, so what's the hold up?

On what ground was home schooling prohibited ?

In house smoking prohibition is crazy & unconstitutional...

The people should fight back by splitting the Dems into leftists/red fascists & liberals...

I know about the thermostat thing. People have a certian amount of time to install these goverment issued thermostats that the govt can control from command control, oops I mean city hall.

As far as smoking in ones own home? Smoking should be banned from our vocabulary as well as society only to be read about in history books.

California is leading the way with a new system that will in time be the martial law in all states. We are heading that way.

Then we have clowns like Obama Salami promising to take our guns from our cold dead hands. When the public is no longer armed then the govt will just take the last 2 rights we have. Or is it one? Gotta ask bushy the Dictator to make sure.

Welcome to The Peoples Republic of the United States of Mexico under ruler Josef Stalin.

Not only that, but the money from California flows into the campaign coffers in other states and influences the outcomes of issues and candidates in elections.
