Um.. its a LEASE.. Which means they PAY for access, and that payment.. goes into the government.

Lease : a contract renting land, buildings, etc., to another; a contract or instrument conveying property to another for a specified period or for a period determinable at the will of either lessor or lessee in consideration of rent or other compensation.

Find ONE lease of public land to a private company, where the public did not receive some sort of payment for it. The government wont even sign a lease to other government departments without rent being paid..

You've supplied nothing to support your still baseless claim.

A lease could be anything from $1.00 year on up UNLESS the public's getting fair value for the leased asset(s) it's a poor deal for the people.
