Current Affordable public housing is available for anyone who wants it. It’s just that very few people want to live among the poorest minorities of any group. The poorest White, Hispanic, Asian and Black people are far more clannish and so public housing often gets segregated.

But like I said this is pretty much changing. You’ll be hard pressed to find a 90% Asian, Black or White neighborhood in California. The only reason Hispanic is easier to find is they make up the vast majority of certain areas so it’s unlikely that you would even find many other groups in a place like El Centro, California. But even saying this the vast majority of Hispanic people in California live in semi-integrated neighborhoods (less than 70% one race).

The vast majority of places like that are Clannish and Stagnant. They also have high-higher rates of cousin marriage which overall has a negative effect on society.

The places that breed innovation are more transient places. Like San Francisco, Lagos, Manila, Dubai, Austin etc. The less transient places in their respective countries don’t provide much in the way of culture or innovation to their respective countries.

Japan and the Germanic parts of Europe have people living in the same areas as their ancestors and are the most desirable and dynamic. LA, Silicon Valley, and Lagos are not places I would consider desirable for quality of life.

We have places like that right here in America. Let's just take the Deep South and Appalachia. Atlanta is a huge economic center in America. Coca Cola, CNN, Delta Airlines, they are based in Atlanta. Charlotte is a major banking market. North Carolina is home to Research Triangle Park. Huntsville is home to the NASA Marshall Flight Center (hence its nickname Rocket City) and Cummings Research Park. Compare this to the Mississippi Delta and Eastern KY/much of West Virginia. Those regions have been in decline.

Real-estate is much cheaper than in coastal megacities. Atlanta or Dallas today is analogues to San Jose in the 80s.

The Radical Center’s Psychosocial approach to Race Relations:

"There will always be different group outcomes but one solution is to have policies tailored to different groups’ specific needs. The specialization based approach makes the most sense, with policy crafted to help groups and individuals find their niche. A specialization based approach to the economy, education, and race relations could include tailored platinum plans for White Americans, African Americans, Native Americans, Latinos, and Asians. This would also be a better ways to manage the problems of a hyper competitive mass society, including issues of Elite Overproduction. "

This is stupid as the most affluent areas in California are largely White areas. A white person is much more likely to make more money than black and Latinos and more likely to have a job:

Black youth are more than twice as likely than white youth to be out of both school and work in the years following high school. And, in the city of San Jose, Latinos earn $0.46 for every dollar white workers earn.

White and Asian workers earn a median income above $51,000 annually, while Black, Native American, and Latino workers earn less than $37,000. In every rural and urban area in California, White workers make above the median income and Latino workers earn below the median, according to the report. https://calmatters.org/california-di...uality-budget/

There has been no true white flight from California, and the main reason people are leaving there is because of the high cost of living and very high taxes. It is not just white people that are leaving there for that reason and also many brown skinned people leave California for that reason.

The Democrats are systemically racist. When they preach multiculturalism and equal treatment under the law they have different versions of equal based on race.

Read Orwell's Animal Farm, some animals or in the case of Democrats, races, are more equal.

"In a nutshell, you're advocating for separate but equal, except not in the 1950s sense, but more like Singapore's careful management of racial harmony, which although imperfect, intelligently and relentlessly attempts to balance individual, group, and national identities and needs. Or perhaps Singapore x Switzerland."

Downwardly mobile Whites are being ethnically cleansed out of the metro. That is why the White stats make it appear that Whites are doing well.
