When you have a problem like this...you target the SOURCE...(so dealers have no drugs to sell).
Remember, we have a federal agency that is tasked with dealing with this problem,(but apparently they have never been effective in the least), go figure?
I guess its too tough of a problem for the DEA...(or they are literally working to benefit the suppliers), and keep law enforcement all over the country rich in drug war budget money.

I don’t think it’s that black and white. Many dealers are the producers. Not with larger outfits but smaller ones for sure. Plus, if we remove the ability to deal, there is no method for distribution. That is true for the sale of any product. If there are no dealers, there is no market. I think part of the problem with our ineffective fight with drugs is that we have been focusing on the wrong step in the process. To much focus on the users and the producers. Remove the logistics components and market goes up in smoke (pun intended). :-) Make it so costly to be a dealer no one wants any part of it. The dealers are the ones who often get users hooked. Scum!
