There are a large number of companies following the 2020 protests that started on Diversity Equity and Inclusion angles in order to placate small but vocal groups of SJW's.
This involves a number of different initiatives and creation of jobs like "diversity director" etc.
In many ways it's just "armor" against getting attacked by a pack of wokies.
That being said, a number of companies have already back tracked from this "fad" having realized that placation just makes the mob hungrier and it risks alienating other customers. (Netflix for example)
Exactly this. Everything now at a large corporation seems like it is about diversity, inclusivity, and equity.
State Farm encouraged its Florida insurance agents to donate books on gender ideology to children as young as 5 years old, according to leaked emails obtained by Consumers’ Research. A spokesperson for State Farm denied to the Daily Caller that agents donated LGBTQ books directly to schools.
“State Farm is partnering with The GenderCool Project to help diversify classroom, community center and library bookshelves with a collection of books to help bring clarity and understanding to the national conversation about Being Transgender, Inclusive and Non-Binary,” the email reads. “The project’s goal is to increase representation of LGBTQ+ books and support our communities in having challenging, important and empowering conversations with children Age 5+.”
“ Our participation in this program evolved quickly, and the decision was made several months ago for participants not to share resources with schools,” a State Farms spokesperson said.
A post from a school in Tacoma, Washington, seemingly debunks State Farm’s denial that books were not donated to schools. Seabury School, a private school, posted to Facebook thanking The GenderCool Project and its partnership with State Farm for delivering the books.
A prominent National Insurance company is participating in the indoctrination of 5 year old children to transgenderism — and then lies about it when they got caught.
That is outrageous. Parents and their children are under attack by Teachers, School Boards, the Federal Government and now Corporations.
Just a PR stunt, probably an attempt to increase their LGBT clients...if certain LGBT people need to buy insurance, they will remember State Farm did this really cool thing recently...I think I will go with SF for my coverage.
It will sort itself out because like an angry pack of church lady bible thumper bullies from the 90's the SJW mob are unlikeable, toxic and never satisfied in their bullying.
Coca Cola abandoned ship on some of their stupidity.
Does anything of this have to do with the fact that the Superbowl next year will be played at State Farm Stadium in Glendale and State Farm is just raising its profile as LGBTQ friendly after this:
