Medical doctors can lose their license if they criticize the covid vaccines. Most MDs don't want to lose their license.
Medical doctors have to stick by the related medical standards of care. And if they venture too far off that path, they may have to justify their actions to their hospital or state medical board. This is for patient protection. If they are too loud and public with potentially dangerous medical misinformation, that could certainly result in an investigation, hearing, possibly censure or worse. These policies started way before the Pandemic and extend way past the Covid vaccines.

Well...................................... in order to draw any conclusions from a cause and effect relationship between Covid and cancer, we would need many, many more years of observation in age matched, sex matched controls in the same geographic areas of similar BMI and with the same incidence of other co-morbid factors.

No less probable than the cause and effect relation between the covid "vaccines" and the lack of severity of covid symptoms of the vaxxed claimed by CDC.
Any such eventualities will be blamed on the covid virus itself or ignored, until such a time that some brave researchers, who don't give a damn if they are drowned in the Hudson river the next day, will show conclusive evidence that there are serious long-term problems with the covid shot.
Now you know why the developers INSISTED on having full legal immunity before the first shot was ever given. That should have been a clue right there. Lot's of dense people out there. Sorry, but that's the way it is. NEVER trust a corporation who refuses to stand behind its product.
All vaccines are covered under different legal processes than other drugs. Covid vaccines were no different.
