There needs to be a shut down of gay bars and other places where gays are known to mingle. That should scare and discourage enough of them.

We can see where to go from there.

But Chickenpox and Monkeypox aren't quite the same when being sick with it. If you saw on TV the awful widespread sores on people's faces and bodies and remember having chickenpox, then it is quite easy to know the two are not the same viral illness. Monkeypox is grosser!

I don't watch TV so I don't know what they're showing you.

I do know that the average person will

A) barely be able to differentiate monkey pox blisters from ingrown hairs or pimples
B) they will not cover the entire body, you will see a few here or there, maybe the most concentrated on your genitalia if you caught it through sex
C)You may have a fever that lasts 2-3 days
D)Some of your sores maybe painful (use vaseline, no drugs needed), all will be itchy
E)It's no big deal.

I have to say I did not expect monkeypox to spread as widely and infect as many people so quickly as it has. It now seems inevitable that monkeypox will spread well beyond the gay population and there will be breakouts in community living facilities and, especially, schools this fall.

Good grief. Do some reading.

If HIV is not being passed on via hetero sex, how are pregnant women giving it to their babies? How do you think the pregnant woman caught the HIV virus?

There is no logic in your post

I thought the two kids who caught it were the kids of a gay male couple.

There's another option you know...

Basically almost all of society is sex crazed at this point. Not everyone can get regular sex, but all women can if they simply leave the house.

They've been pushing hedonism in our culture for a long time. They make us addicted to our dopamine hits so we are all staring at screens and chasing our next hit of stimulation at all times.

People waiting for the government to tell them what to do... children. We've raised two generations of children which believe that the government is their parent. They defend it like they'd defend a parent, they don't challenge its authority, like a parent, and they don't question anything it tells them - just like a little kid.

We live in a society of children being told what to do by a government parent which doesn't love them. Fun times ahead, let me tell ya.

Early on intravenous drug use played a large part (sharing works), still does. There was also transmission through blood transfusions (Arthur Ashe and Elizabeth Glaser), although that's pretty much a non-factor now.
