Republican congressional investigators say FBI Director Christopher Wray has confirmed the existence of an FBI form alleging then-Vice President Joe Biden engaged in a “criminal bribery scheme” with a yet-unnamed foreign national.

Rep. James Comer (R-KY), chairman of the House Oversight Committee, and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) spoke with Wray on Wednesday, and the FBI chief acknowledged that the FD-1023 confidential human source form in the bureau’s possession does indeed exist, but Comer said Wray still faces possible contempt of Congress for his continued refusal to comply with a congressional subpoena demanding the form be handed over to the GOP-led committee.

“Today, FBI Director Wray confirmed the existence of the FD-1023 form alleging then-Vice President Biden engaged in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national. However, Director Wray did not commit to producing the documents subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee,” Comer said in a statement to the Washington Examiner on Wednesday afternoon. “While Director Wray — after a month of refusing to even acknowledge that the form existed — has offered to allow us to see the documents in person at FBI headquarters, we have been clear that anything short of producing these documents to the House Oversight Committee is not in compliance with the subpoena.”

Default If Biden's innocent of influence peddling, then why is the FBI defying subpoena's?

There's no logical explanation for the FBI, DOJ, & IRS to be obstructing justice, if Biden, & his family are innocent.

The House Investigations Committee subpoened docs, & these agencies refuse to disclose them...why?

Why did they sit on Hunter's laptop, & claim is was a Russian plant, when they knew it was authentic?

Why did they pay social media outlets Millions to squash posts about the Hunter Biden laptop findings?

So, now, they are in Contempt of Congress, and can be jailed...

"The criminal offense of contempt of Congress sets the penalty at not less than one month nor more than twelve months in jail and a fine of not more than $100,000 or less than $100."

53% of Americans believe the Biden's were influence peddling (scroll down to page 45):

I don't think these fed agencies will go to jail to protect Biden...they'll capitulate & hand over the original docs.

The Pubs already have whistleblower testimony, and copies of bank records, so they know the Bidens are guilty, but they need originals to convict:

-racketeering
-wire fraud
-failure to register as foreign lobbyists
-weapons violations
-tax evasion (don't think this is a serious crime, ask Al Capone)
-interfering in the affairs of foreign nations
-violation of the Presidential Oath of Office

Is there any rational person that would say that none of these are impeachable offenses?

Because he's not innocent.

Comer has even offered to let them redact the name of the informant so they don't give up an asset. They want to redact all of it.

As the post reflect the "Pubs" have nothing because the alleged evidence shows no involvement by the President and that's why they can't bring charges.

But on the flip side many of these accusations can be readily proved on a former President especially the last 2...

We'll see if Wray actually has anything happen to him with the contempt of congress charge. I won't hold my breath. The stink is horrible and the corruption runs deep. It's obvious to anyone with a brain that Biden did these things. The fact that the FBI won't release the documents is a huge red flag. If he didn't do anything, there should be nothing to hide.

You fail to explain why the federal agencies are defying the subpoenas? Why do that if Biden's innocent?

Please explain that to us all

That is precisely my point, & it's irrefutable. If there's nothing to hide, then comply with the subpoena's.
