They are poor for a reason, their behavior shows it.

First of all, there are many reasons why people can be poor. To declare that it's due strictly to their behavior is ignorant. Second, running a credit check really tells you nothing of whether they can pay their rent or not. There are PLENTY of people out there, myself included, who have poor credit due to a variety of reasons. This does not mean they cannot pay their rent, I can always pay my rent, regardless.

I think he is mad at people for not paying their bills and being freeloaders at his expense. If they are poor than they shuold go after government housing not steal from others because that is what they are doing;stealing services. It should be treated like any other theft.

Just silly? I guess that's why he's in the situation he's in. HAHAHA!

It's always good to blame an entire group of people for our shortcomings.
It's the american way!

And not one matters when you have one group of Americans demand that you pay higher taxes to help them while you're also the one getting screwed by them. That's the real picture of leftism: Productive people suffering at the hands of despicable people while you're expected to pay higher taxes to help them. It's outrageous-- The harder you try, the more you get the short end. The less you try, the less you get ripped off and the less taxes you pay. Perfect.

There isn't enough time in this life to investigate every dirtball out there to discover 1% have a justifiable reason for being broke.

It tells if you're an honorable person or not... a person who delivers on their word. If you have bad credit, even if you've paid your rent for fifty years, there's an increased likelihood that you'll skip on the debt compared to the person with good credit.

Because the consequence for failing to do so is more severe than a cell phone shut off and a bad name?
