How don't they deserve to be treated equally? And it's the law that they SHOULD be treated equally. Y'now. All those anti-discrimination laws? Because that's what denying them these fundamental rights are. Discrimination.
Yes gay people do have the right to get married, they're people just like you & me. Again, you're discriminatory & homophobic & your arguments are useless & weak.
Oh no! Now I'll never be able to get married and have kids. Gays have ruined marriage. Whatever am I gonna do? It's Sodom and Gomorrah all over again. I'm sure in a few minutes if I turn on CNN, I hear horror stories about the state of Massachusetts being destroyed by the flames of hell, and it's all the fault of gays.
They're such a huge threat. Something needs to be done! I'm SOOOO worried!!!

Guaranteed right. And yes, that's where we differ. You are bigoted against homosexuals and want them to be barred from rights they deserve as Americans, and I have no problem with them having such rights.
According to current statutes they are gauranteed nothing
as it should be

Gays are not discriminated against, what you want are special interests. Blacks aren"t only discriminated against they were subjugated and enslaved.

Gays ARE discriminated against. By denying them the rights to marry their spouse, that is discrimination. They're not asking for any extra rights, just to be EQUAL.
Kinda like what blacks were doing back in the 60's. Which is what the comparision between the gay plight and the black plight is.
