Yep! I've been watching his "Hardball" program for a number of years now. He stays focused on issues and brings on relevant guests to go over current events.
The chart wouldn't transfer very well, but it does show that Hardball is NOT at the bottom. And this was during a week when Matthews was on vacation and had a fill-in host.

I will vote for Obama & watch MSNBC but I do not like Matthews. He constantly interrupts his guest & won't let them answer his questions before butting in. I think Matthews is a bit of a phony!
I dont find him a phony at all but yes he does interrupt his guest
I like him. He has a reputation of talking too much, but he has energy, charisma, common sense, and clout, imo - and he was really upset about Tim Russert which moved me (don't even get me started about Russert - he was the one).
I like his style and personality which is why I watch him . I find him "real" unlike many on news type shows.
