In case you didn't notice, the government needs to take some responsibility in protecting minorities from people with hate agendas...not mentioning any names...your post sounds like propaganda for a white supremist group. I'm amazed at your twisted views...but it's as entertaining as it is sad.
You really need to stop thinking the government needs to tell us how to be polite. Laws we have enough we don't need the government too protect us from each other. People need to start acting right and not ask the government to butt into ours lives. This is socialism!! Let the people think for them selves what"s right and wrong NOT our government.

Default Philosophy of Founding Fathers is Sound

Wow, what a sentence. Punctuate for clarity, like this:

The insistence that 'what was' applies to 'what is' - is limited thinking

The ideas and concepts of democracy, a free market enterprise, the Bill of Rights, and constitutionalism are the epitome of forward, open thinking. These concepts and idealogies are what make America great! The philosophy of our Founding Fathers remains sound and, contrary to your poorly-punctuated claim, do apply today.

It is corrupt, close-minded socialist thinking--preferences for special groups, race-based criteria for job selection, nationalism of private property, etc.---that undermines the freedom of all Americans. Viva la constitucion!

What is socialism?

And what is wrong with social democracy?

How are you protected?

Have you ever encountered a situaton where the law was the only thing that stood in the way of your personal freedoms?

Oh no...the Punctuation Police is starting to get catty! I also take mental note errors and typos, but I don't publish them in an attempt to embarrass someone. Your superiority in grammar is also noted...can we call that grammerism?

Actually you are one that probably should get your own dictionary and map for posting. I think it is time for me to put you and several others on that beautiful "ignore" list.

Thanks for the support. I don't really need it. I have put the poster on ignore and probably will try to ignore this entire forum. With the exception of a few posters, the hatred, venom and inaccurate information only upsets my day.

But occasionally it is fun!

Don't feel bad ontheroad...and don't let people get to you. While it's sad to think some minds are SO warped, you can also laugh at it and feel comfortable in the knowlege that most people would agree with you.

Socialism is when the State owns and operates the means of production. Not a good thing in my mind.

However, I'm not too big on laissez-faire capitalism either, which means that a select few fat cats (we call them CEOs) own and operate the means of production.

Socialism is not the answer. But capitalism is definitely a problem.

Kids think that they don't have to work for what they have. Alot if parents just give them what they want, and don't expect them to learn any moral values.
