Note particularly use of the word "allegedly". Did authorities proceed on the basis of anything more than what was reported by an anti-choice group? Results of the recent official investigation appear to be limited to warrants for improper disposal of medical records. This follows notice last March for improperly mixing medical and other waste.

Charges of dumping babies in the trash have apparently not been filed.

True; it does seem unclear what specifically was found.

Just because it's my own DNA doesn't go against my point. It sucks the nutrients out of the mother, and causes the mother a whole host of medical problems. It is a parasite, maybe a wanted one, maybe unwanted, but a parasite nonetheless.

do you drive a car to get into an accident? if I am not mistaken, from a biological standpoint sex was for procreation. so if you engage in sex you are engaging in activities that will result in an offspring unless you take measures to avoid such incidents. You don't want a car accident? take precautions not to get into one

What makes your parasitic existance any more important than the parasitic existence of a fetus? Are you that self righteous? Are you worthy of such life? Shall we gather around and worship the ground you walk on? Shall you play God with human life? Will you determine which parasites are worthy of life and which aren't? Not everyone has sex to get pregnant. Pregnancy is a side effect of sexual acts, but not the only reason TO have sex. Many people have sex simply for pleasure, not to get pregnant. If this wasn't true, then what is the reason for the female clitoris?

I'm not saying shirking the responsibility for the other person's car, I'm talking about your own health care.

I didnt say everyone has sex to get pregnant. but the original need for sex was the need to procreate. pregnancy is not a side effect. it is the goal. but us humans have found out...damn...sex is good! so we take precautions to avoid pregnancy if we don't want one. If you want to have sex and not have a kid...use contraceptives BEFORE IT HAPPENS. Don't be the idiot who gets into an accident and says "damn, I should have worn a seatbelt"
