Just cancelled my dental insurance. I looked into having some work done...and WITH insurance, I just couldn't afford it. Oh well.

Smokes are cheaper than food. A pack costs me about $1.27 and I only need two, at most, to quell any hunger pangs. A Big Mac costs more than that.

I don't have heat or a/c. I do have a cell phone, because work REQUIRED me to have a contact number--even though they don't use it--and I could not GET phone service otherwise. Tracfone, pay as you go.

I don't drink beer either. Soda's cheaper.

being poor is not a choice, being long term poor is a result of consistent bad choices.
short term poor could happen to anybody.

#1) Not my candidate, don't really like him but he beats 4 years of a Shrub defender

#2) It's still a LIE because I do not support Obama, I support an end to BushWorld

#3) Works for moveon? You know this because? This is documented by? Or Blowing Smoke again?

if you are serious about cutting costs, I got a magicjack. it plugs right into your computer and you have unlimited phone service, local and long distance. the device is $50, and it's $20 per year after that. think of that! most cell phone plans are $60 per month on the low end. this is $20 per year.

I lived in the DC area most of my life. they all work for someone. republicans are run by religious nuts, and democrats are run by environmental extremists.

Tracfone. I buy a $20 prepaid every few months. I don't actually need to make or receive any calls on it.

It's crazy how work wants a contact number...and never calls you on it!

Gimme a call. I can perform quick dental work, and I'll even do it for free...

Does that work for people who cannot afford a $500 computer and $300 a year for internet access? Which would be a majority of the people who live in my neighborhood.
