Let's see here...

...slashed half a trillion from Medicare, talking about taxing churches in defiance of the Constitution...hmm, if they're stupid enough to go after guns they'll win the I-don't-want-a-second-term trifecta!

its not from the right

Why can't we tax churches and religious organizations? - Democratic Underground

would you like a democrat by name

Rep. Lynn Woolsey (D-Calif.)

certainly is one

this stuff comes from the left and the right

but its the left that constantly looks to attack the religion side of the house, but barks if you bring up all 'non-profit"

fyi the irs taxed the 'church of scientology' until 1993

I say tax every organization equally...to include the DNC (a corporation), acorn (a corporation), the RNC ( a corporation)..even the red cross, and the scouts

Not ALL churches. Some of the more progressive Christian churches support gay marriage and ordain gay clergy. My pastor happens to be a lesbian with a family.

IF this is true it's about time; since SOME religions/churches are so intertwined with political issues and "pushing societal agendas".

No, but he plays President, but not very well, in fact, as poorly as anyone, no check that, far more poorly than anyone ever has before.
