I like your idea of switching presidents in time like that. Carter in LBJ's place to end Vietnam. How about GW Bush in Kennedy's place just to get shot?.
Really, everything that makes up the Carter unit would of worked great in the period from 64 to 68.

Now Bush praises the very people who have put our nation into the worst financial crisis since the Depression of 1929

I would like to know why you labeled it as "life, liberty, and property" when the wording is not such, the property item was changed before the constitution was accepted. As well I would like to know why you choose to place Abraham Lincoln in the list? he protected life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness by giving it to ALL Americans when he freed the slaves.
