The RUSH RUSH, SKY IS FALLING! - HURRY GET IT DONE NOW PANIC is because Goldman CEO Paulsen only has a little longer to steal a trillion from us, and give it to his fellow million dollar yacht owners - hell, they will probably all go out and buy cruise ships if this goes thru. Best thing is just to wait until the new prez, either one has to be better than the Bush gang of 4 - Bush, Cheney, Paulsen, Bernanke.
