oliver stone is a conspiracy theorist. I love how the movie claims to be based on a true story. based on a true story the way he wants to tell it. they should hold the premier at blockbuster.
most of the time people who call people conspiracy theorist are usually ignorant
Just some other reason(s) not to line his coffers: alcoholic, drug addict, jailbird history. How ironic that he trumps up Bush's PAST drinking problem in the film.....
Ellen Bernstien, who plays Barbara Bush in the movie, was on Martha Stewart yesterday and she talked a little about it. I saw Josh Brolin this morning being interviewed about the movie. The scenes they showed looked interesting enough, I probably will go see it out of curiosity.
It's a movie, not a documentary. I'll look at it strictly for entertainment purposes not educational. I don't think I'll be checking it out in the theaters though. I'll wait for the DVD.
To make up personal conversations for entertainment purposes about someone who is still alive seems far fetched to me. They are real people with real families and pretending to know their relationships with each other is just stupid.
Remember people, this is only a movie. You can not take anything serious, espcially if it is done by Oliver Stone.
People think this will cause a backlash towards McCain and Bush, well any publicity is good publicity right?
Bush has to be loving it. Instead of talking about his failed policies they are going to be talking about whether or not events in the movie really happened. Well, some of them might have happened but are mostly greatly exagerrated.
