If you have not yet learned to recognize reliable sources and distinguish them from nut-blogs, there is no point in discussing anything with you. You have predefined "reliable sources" as "sources that agree with what I wish were true".
As you and I have established in our PM's - your beef should not, and is not, with the Police - they are NOT judges.

Your "beef" is with the "system" - and because a relative was busted with a reported stolen car, and things moved at a snails pace (actually time time period you gave me was very reasonable), and your relative was part of the time problem by saying something to the court that was not true - you are blaming the cops.

IMO, you are shooting blanks here bubba -

I dont currently have any (too young.) I think i'll probably end up buying a gun for protection by the time i'm 30. If this country keeps going in its current direction, I'll have to move somewhere that allows concealed weapon carry with a permit.

For those of you that voted none, could you please post your street address for the benefit of work deprived entrepenuers trying to make an honest living stealing from unarmed householders?

I don't have any because I don't know how to use a gun, but I think people should have the right to own a gun and protect their family and property.

Movie lover, you're saying all that stuff just because you don't know how to use a gun. Come to my house and I'll show you how....just be sure and knock first.

So the over/under for number of guns by gun-owners on this forum is just under 10 guns. WOW!

Why the stupidity? If you think Iraq was free simply because the people had guns you are an idiot. Besides, ever man did not have a gun. They could however if they chose to do so.
Again I ask what the criteria for determining the level of freedom in these studies is? Freedom means different things to different people. To me it means being free. To many it means being mostly free, or free enough to get by.

Seeing as I havent listed any sources I can only conclude that there is no point in discussing with you.

Unlike yourself who needs to read others conclusions, I simply looked into the reality of life in those countries a bit. The truth is that the meaning of freedom needs to be twisted pretty good in order to come to the conclusions offered by your buddies. Even ignoring guns, they are simply not as free as us.

As most liberal weenies you ignore the obvious by believing what you read & like. Theres no place like the US, never has been & never will be again if your thinking, or lack of thought, is a sign of things to come.

I dont need a study to know the sun rises in the east & I dont need a study to know that Europe is not comprised of free countries. They are free to come & go as they please only because they have surrendered sufficient freedoms that their respective countries feel safe letting them do so.

Is that a problem?
