It has to do with them becoming eligible for benefits intended for families and children. SS, Insurance policies, pensions and other benfit programs are not prepared to handle the additional burden another (supposed) 10% of the population would put on them. The actuaries that conducted the research to determine the risks did not allow for this segment of the population to be claiming benefits.
We cant afford SS as it is, we dont need a bunch of sexually confused follk taking benefits intended for poor children.
So gay people should be exempt from paying taxes for those programs?

Sounds good to me!
And why should gays have to pay for public schools? After all, most of us don't reproduce, so why should we have to pay for the children of married couples?
Not at all, those programs are in place for the benefit of the children of homosexuals also. This doesnt threaten your relationship with the taxman at all.

Because we have decided that everyone who wants to own real estate in our counties will contribute to the operation and maintenance of schools.
Access to schools increase the value of residential real estate so everyone benefits from good schools, even those without children. I was 42 when my first child was born and paid alot of taxes before that blessing

Oh I understand human sexuality from the genetic components that decide ones gender to the social and learned aspects of the subject. A bachelors in Psychology tends cover these areas of the human condition pretty thourghly. My take is that its a genetic propensity triggered by some deviant social bent.
I apologize for embarrasing you
