Hmmm. Iraq has enough money to build a subway. Isn't it amazing where our tax dollars are being spent??? Now, I've seen it all. Pull out of Iraq TODAY. If they have enough money to build a subway, they have enough to clean up THEIR mess.
Mass transit funds are being cut across the board all over the states. This is unreal!
Jonjj, I think you must have misread that article. They are getting a Subway, you know, ham sandwiches, pepperoni and the like. The new Christian part of Baghdad. Kentucky fried chicken is coming soon too.

What the F? The city I live in can't even get a decent bus system and our own government decided to blow $3 billion over there for that? If they have to spend it, do it here where the people that actually pay taxes in this country will benefit.
