Oklahoma should be near the top of the list. Illinois and Michigan too.

California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, etc are probably the least.

You forgot to mention Maryland, it's all Democrats. The ______ they elected to county executive in Prince Georges county is a joke. I know by the looks of that fool he's up to something.

New Jersey is well renowed for corruption and organized crime. Surprised Michigan didn't go that far up on the list given the mess with Kwame Kilpatrick and Coleman Young before him, who ran Detroit like a banana republic and turned it into a Third World city.
