This Jewish woman is out to stop people. Have you ever heard of any Christians that try to stop, compete with, dilute, or efface Rosh Hoshannah? or file "lawsuits" over it??

It doesn't happen. Does the Israeli Arab minority act towards the Jews, like American Jews do towards Christians? Demand that Hannukah be suppressed and banned? I don't think so. What would happen if someone filed a similar but opposite lawsuit in the israeli "democracy"?

OK, let's leave the atheists out of this.

Now as to this parent --- I don't in anyway believe that attempting to ban Rudolph is part of a Jewish conspiracy to shut down Christmas. What I believe this is about is a thin skinned, paranoid freak of a parent (and let us be honest here, folks --- if she was a fundamentalist christian she would be bitching about her kid having to sing the 'Dreidle' song) trying to micromanage the world to reflect her value system. I've seen parents like these, only instead of Jewish it was a Catholic mom who made my life a living hell because I had 'jesus loves you' temporary tatoos at the Valentines Day party for the first graders. Seems she thought if her daughter wore a temp tattoo she would be swinging from poles by fifth grade.
Anyhoo -- famewh*res and control freaks come in all religions, races, and political persuasions. We, as the sane majority, need to deal with these fruitcakes by ridicule and possibly shock therapy. Maybe then they will let people live their damn lives in peace!

How can you compare the dreidel song to reindeer songs? Spinning dreidels strictly a jewish endeavor with purely jewish history.

No way. The War on Christmas is alive and well, and it doesn't have much competition from any other holiday-bashing attempts. Nothing else comes close to that level.

This is not an isolated incident. American Jews file lawsuits over Christmas, it happens all over the country, each and every year. What's really comical is when one does it under the guise of being an "atheist" when it's clear their pathological hatred isn't tied to atheism per se but to Christian-hate and using the cover of "atheism" to obscure their pro-jewish pathology.

Again: I'd like someone to find me just one Muslim that has done the same thing. For whatever reason, the Muslims aren't bigoted towards Christmas like Jews are, and there are more Muslim citizens in the US today.

That ought to tell everyone what the real deal is.

I'll do a little googling later and tell you what I find out....

But until then, here's a little something to chew on. While it is undeniably true that Christians as a whole are not gunning to shut down another religions holiday (although do Jehovahs Witness' count?), Christians do try to suck the fun out of every day life by book banning. I recall many Christian groups wanting to ban Harry Potter because it glorifies witchcraft......hey, if you people believe that witches are a real threat to your lifestyle that is your perogative, but don't take books off the shelves because of your inability to tell the difference between fact and fiction.

Why should the Christians, as this country's majority religion, be so paranoid? Simply because their leaders can collect more money from the frightened so they induce fear into the flock. They convince their people that the believers will be swallowed by Islamic or Jewish wolves or worse Secular Humanists. (Note for Record: Do not contemplate the number of Hindu or Buddhists on the planet) I think Christmas is a fine season but if they don't stop playing that damn "little drummer boy" song I'll SUE on the grounds of attempts to induce madness.

Just a thought. Harry Potter is Fiction?

Default winter break and spring break

I hate to inform you but winter break and spring break have already arrived, that's what they call it in school now...we can't use Christmas it's Holiday and you can't use Easter it's spring and it's gone as far as no Halloween either, it's fall festival...we need to go back to the days when public schools where allowed to have Christmas plays with the nativity and Jesus Christ...those where the days...it's too bad society follows the one or two people who want to take this away...can't we vote on this and the majority rules?
