Just throwing it out there.

What do you think about what he says?

I've always thought the "real" story was far-fetched, myself... how could the "terrorists" fly like those planes like Tom Cruise in Top Gun? Especially the one who gently glided the plane into the Pentagon! Absurd, really.

Listen to this guy --- very interesting. He's flown the planes, and obviously should know what he's talking about.

Pilot who flew 2 planes used on 9/11 doesn't believe official story

Thanks, OP. I went to a 911 conference here in Phoenix and what clinched it for me was listening to a couple of very experience airline pilots discussing the impossibility of the pentagon maneuver by some terrorists. Even this pilot, with 25 years experience, said he didn't know if he could have navigated the jet liner as the powers that be have stated.

I guess I've grown accustomed to the horrific thought and most likely probable reality that 911 was an inside job. I mean...c'mon, what was up with NORAD standing down?

At any rate, the people who would accuse you of being a lunatic can simply not see beyond the obvious, as it would shatter their world view and view of what the US is about, so instead they just name call and project their fear onto both those who can see it as well as those who seek to illuminate the truth.

Nobody of any reasonable skepticism believes the official events. Way too many things don't line up.

The fact is, horrible as it was, it was just another terrorist attack. The real mistake is giving it any sway at all.

Many experienced politicos and generals (in such rife unstable regions as the Middle East, Africa, and Asia) have noted that the biggest mistake is allowing terrorism to influence society. Their goal is to draw attention to their extremist cause that holds no sway in reasonable discussion, even if it means their humane opposition making fools of themselves in over-reaction.

9/11 should just be another royal sack of b.s. on a resume of unrecognized idiots. The fact that it became another Pearl Harbor just adds to the aforementioned reasonable skepticism.

C'mon haven't you heard. The laws of physics are just more conspiracy theory. Stop believing tinfoil hat freaks like Issac Newton and accept the government explanation.

Big deal. I can show you a former Andover and Yale 'graduate' who doesn't believe the word 'nuclear' has only one U.

It's beyond physics. We were attacked by Saudi nationals, which pretty much leaves us in "actual" conflict with an untouchable country (believe me, war against the U.S., China, or India would be just as feasible at this point).

The act of terror itself in modern times has deviated from the oppressed, suppressed person of latter times to merely a person who was propagandized into believing they can actually attack an enemy when their true enemy is their leader at home.

Beyond that, it just comes back to the fact that this terrorism is just another attack. It's not worth the credit it was given on any front.

You realize some of them took flying lessons here in the U.S.....I think it was at Pan Am on a Boeing 737 flight simulator. They didn't have to take off and land it, they just had to keep it in the air and navigate it to where they crashed it. The flight instructors said they all did terrible with their training and dropped out. Did any one consider the fact that it may have been intentional....learning enough to be able to do what they did while appearing to have learned nothing and completely incapable of benefiting from any of the training they received before dropping out. I recall one of them spent something like 50-60 hours in the simulator. The instructors were suspicious....they paid a lot for the training in advance....asked a lot of unusual questions....they needed to appear harmless so, it's quite possible that it was part of the plan to incompetent.

Really, skepticism on this issue is healthy. However, the fact remains that, no matter what anyone says, innocent people died so a-holes could make a point. 9/11 was just a terrorist attack, from any angle, and is completely irrelevant concerning our way of life before or after the event.
