In the past , during declared wars , Jordanians and Egyptians have fought hard , brave and smart. They fought and died like men.
They earned the respect of their opponents.
When at peace , Egyptians and Jordanians strive to co-exist with neighbors.
They live and let live , like men.
In Damascus, Syria, Hamas' top leader, Khaled Mashaal, called on Palestinians to rekindle their fight against Israel. "This is the time for a third uprising," he said.
It appears their fearless leader is too cowardly to fight alongside the children Hamas sends out to fight for them.
Why isn't he in Gaza along with the rest of the leadership?

Gee, why aren't you asking why we don't see the Shrub fighting alongside the troops he sent to fight his war in Iraq? Or is he also as YOU say too cowardly?

The Hamas coward is cowering just right across the border (kinda) in Syria. Apples and oranges.
I wouldn't put it past Israel to take him out if they have a clear shot, wherever he is.
I mean, what would Syria do? Nothing. Just as they did nothing when Israel took out their clandestine nuclear facility. They are inept and impotent.
No state has an absolute right to exist, regardless of context or circumstances. Israel is as illegitimate as South Vietnam, Rhodesia, the Union of South Africa, Manchukuo, and the Belgian Congo, and will end in much the same way.
Anyone who denies that the basis of Israel is in ethnic cleansing and land-grabbing is in the same moral sewer as a holocaust denier.
End like South Vietnam or Rhodesia or the Belgian Congo?
So it will be invaded and have hundreds of thousands of its residents murdered by the invaded countries? Or will the Palestnians take charge and run the country so badly that the human rights and standard of living will be even worse for them than under the worst period of Israeli rule? Or will it be like the Belgian Congo, which has been controlled by corrupt dictators and be plunged in a level of violence that belongs in horror movie?
At least if you are going to come up with an end of Israel scenerio, at least make it more appealing than the current situation.
Iran encourages all muslims to defend palestinians against Israeli raids in Gaza
From the fine Israeli newspaper Haaretz http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1050626.html
Interesting and quite possibly an effective strategy from Iran. Connect an increase of violence in Iraq in proportion to a decrease of violence from the Israeli military.
I've always found Persians to be good at political chess.
