As a society if we are not all succeeding we are failing (other are also but you always attack the bottle neck). African Americans are still failing in massive numbers. Prisoners, dead and uneducated/jobless are not paying any child support and you'll never get me to believe they are. There is a reason you remove the rotten apple from the bunch and no that does not mean genocide but removal through other means. However entitlement programs have been shown over and over to not to be an incentive.

You see---this is where things go wrong. You have to admit that Ann Coulter has alot of guts to come out with that opinion...and yet Senator Dick Durbin compared our Marines to Nazi's...and not a peep from the MSM or ANY democrat in the entire US condeming him...why is that?
