You're right about this. And if that's what Bush had done, there wouldn't be a problem with it.
What Bush did was authorize wiretaps without judicial review. That's illegal.

What will be an injustice is if this guy were to close his eyes for the last time with a smile on his face thinking that he had done God's work with the wars that he had started. I just pray to God that before he goes, he gets to made to see the extent of misery he and his neocons had inflict on this earth

Where is the accountability? For me, this is very disappointing; because I was truly looking forward to the Secret Service escorting Bush from the White House and being flown to Federal prison in handcuffs.
If you think Bush is bad, I'd be curious to see what you think of how obama leaves office in 4 or 8 years. You might be a kool-aid drinker, so you'll still be giddy....but my guess is that obama's neglect is going to cause more issues than anything Bush has done.
