I'd say somewhere betwee 2 and 3. He did good with Afghanistan but made several mistakes that include not getting rid of Clinton's people in his administration and other departments, trying to cut deals with Ted Kennedy and legislature Democrats, trying to work for amnesty for illegal aliens, not vetoing more spending bills, and not standing up to the legislature republicans who went on a spending spree.
Well, considering he's driven this country into the ground in a way not seen since the Great Depression, he gets a one. If zero were an option I would have chosen that.
The worst president in my opinion! Economy is horrible! We have the greatest military ever, and we can't win in afghanistan or Iraq because he's the decider! As Colin Powell said "If you break it, you own it!" He owns it!

You might want to check out Jimmy Carter's presidency and the economy of the great depression. Our current economy is no where near as bad as the previous two. And if you include Iraq in your negative views then keep in mind which president/political party sent our troops into Korea and Vietnam.

Excuse me, but we did win in Afghanistan. We drove the Taliban out of Afghanistan. There are pockets of resistance coming over from Pakistan. We also won in Iraq. We defeated their army and removed Saddam's government from power. Following the end of WW2 there were many years of pockets of resistance fighting from Japanese and German troops. Some time back in the 70s or 80s they found a Japanese soldier on an island still ready to fight and still thinking we were at war. My grandfather told me he went to France in the Army right after WW2 was officially over. I asked him, "so there was no more fighting?" He laughed and said there was plenty of fighting. He was there as a translator and to help with the rebuilding. One minute he'd have a hammer or saw in hand and the next minute he'd be firing his rifle.
you have not allowed me to use negative numbers, the negative number is 12 trillion is it not?
