That explains why we spent more on the commission investigating Monica L's actions than on the 9-11 commission, which W did not initially even want.

There is another thread with links to reports showing the Bush administration was using computers etc that were relics. So, the equipment was worthless to begin with - thrashing would no longer decrease its value. There was more value to taking the left wing of the chickens.

Audit clears Clinton staff of vandalism / No 'damage' to White House

The GSA responded to Ungar in February and issued a statement Friday, saying, "The condition of the real property was consistent with what we would expect to encounter when tenants vacate office space after an extended occupancy."

They spent 200,000 to investigate is what I saw in one article. Because nut-cons have no concept of fiscal responsibility.

From a link provided by minibrings:

At the time, Clinton officials admitted to pranks -- like removing the "W" from computer keyboards -- but denied causing major damage.
Audit clears Clinton staff of vandalism / No 'damage' to White House

So there WAS vandalism....It matters little how much or how little really.
The point was it happened.

Thanks for providing proof.

Like impeaching a president for getting a bj in the office, but giving another one a pass when he violates the Constitution.

First of all, Clinton lied under oath, which is a crime called "perjury."

Second, the Democrats had a majority in the house and senate during the last 2 years of the Bush administration - so why didn't they pursue impeachment if it was such an obvious course of action?
