It's just an effort to inflate white numbers. It's just ridiculous how some of these people are labeled white. Maybe being a sex offender makes you white by default.

Most of Central and South America was settled by people from Spain. People from Spain are mostly White. Check out Vicente Fox or Philipe Calderon. They are White men.
The confusion comes because of the fact that most of Central and South America did not wipe out their native populations. Becuase of this there are many 'Indians' and lots of mixed Spanish and Indian people. For the most part these are the people who are labeled 'hispanic'.
We would have the same issue had we not killed off most of the Native American population and herded the rest onto reservations where many of them still are.

That is a simplistic and only partially right explanation from this proponent of ethnic cleansing and genocide.
Most of Central and South America are populated by mestizo people - those of Native American and Spanish heritage. Very few people in Latin America are of exclusively Spanish (or German, Portuguese, English, Irish, Italian or French) origins; in Argentina, Chile or parts of Brazil you will find this, but most Latin Americans are either mestizo, mulatto (African, Indigenous and European), Native, or African. Whites like Fox and (maybe) Calderon are a minority.
I see that many people here in this forum are not to smart.
There are only 3 races in this world
1. White
2. Black
3. Asian

LOL there are not only three races in the world. In fact race is a social construct, and what we think of in terms of races is actually a continum of people. The lines we draw between groups is fairly arbitrary.
Even though that Hispanic woman was labeled as White, she would stick out like a sore thumb if you dropped her off in a crowd of North Dakotans for example. Are you going to deny this ?
Yes. Not everyone in N. Dakota is white. There is a fair sized Native American population there.
