Default Al Qaeda Announces Massive Layoffs

After being denied numerous requests for a Bush Administration bailout last December, Osama bin Laden announced that effective immediately he will have no choice but to cut at least 25,000 high level executive and staff positions at the Al Qaeda Network, citing reduced worldwide enrollment and lower-than-expected 2008 4th quarter revenues.

Neither bin Laden nor former Vice President Dick Cheney could be reached for comment.
