You may want to save all the wailing and gnashing of teeth until something is actually finalized. The House passed their version, and now the Senate passed their version. The two have to come together on a compromise (and that ain't easy), both have to pass it, and the President has to sign it.

And that's when - if you are so moved - you can get into all that wailing and gnashing of teeth.
