So he didn't post a bill for 5 days that he signed before he had even been in office for 5 days? Really? That's important to you? The bill had been around in it's final form for years, but just couldn't get past the the Republican Senate filibuster. And this is the 1 in over 500 promises listed that has been "broken."

5. Public will have 5 days to look at a ALL Bills online before he signs it.
6. You'll know what's in every Bill and who asked for corporate tax breaks, pork, and earmarks... (NOBODY READ THE STIMULUS)
7. We will put every pork barrel project online . You will know who asked for them and you will decide if your representative is actually representing you.
8. No Lobbyists in Administration, nor will they be able to gift in return for favor..
9. Meetings between Lobbyists and government agencies will be put on line.

I asked for you to explain specifically, in your own words, how he broke his promises, and you cut and past from a youtube post? Weak. Those aren't actual quotes - key words are taken out. If you actually watch the video, and pay attention, you would realize that.
The President is a part of the Executive Branch of government. He has very limited power to tell Congress what to do. How can Congress break a promise that the President makes? He's done everything he said he would in that clip, except post the bill for 4 days instead of 5. Big freakin' deal.
