It sure would have helped if someone had read the stimulus bill before passing it. And signing it.

I'll benefit from this also. OH WAIT, silly me, I forgot I'm just an ordinary American worker paying taxes.

Pelosi rushed it through..remember she had to catch a plane ?
One of the most important bills, hundreds of pages long and she rushed it....and they call kow-towed to her too.

Read the bill, smell the pork.
That bill will was written for big business and will benefit big business. The parts that big business didn't want (buy American, e-verify) got removed.

Pelosi is nothing more than another Janet Reno as far as I'm concerned.

He didn't lobby for the breaks (like Banks, the oil industry Telco's, and others), it just happened to benefit him.

And he's donated 41 million to spinal cord research and over 100 million to other health causes. Better then some (both people and corporations) who put their money in Caribbean bank accounts to hide it from the tax man.

I may not benefit, but at least (so far) the lobbyists and their handlers are not.

The liberals don't call it pork... especially when money falls on their laps... The UBS fraud case that the "justice" department closed without going after tax evaders... I wonder why? I wonder who is in there that they don't want it exposed to the rest of us... I smell liberals...

The justice department is filled with people who entered in the last 8 years.
There was no "purge" of those connected to the last administration. So I think your smeller is off a bit.

When are "We the Sheeple" going to realize that there is no Constitutional authority for any of this spending? Do you not realize that when government gives money to one group of people, it must take it from another group. Money is taken from the honest, hard working people and given those who are either failures or non productive. People are OK with this spending as long as they believe that there is some government handout for them. That is why CONgress can have a 17% approval rating and a 95% reelection rate. If we want honest government, we had better start getting off our butts.

When we the sheeple take the same back-of-a-match-book-cover Constitutional law course that you paid for.
