I agree, that all started/happened in the bush administration.

Looks like he now has the record for the last twenty years. If his election bump sends the DOW any lower we will reach 7000 at least. Best thng he can do is have his administration not make anymore annoucements.

Uh, yeah, I do. Bush oversaw a great stock market, even after 9/11 we climbed up past 14,000. It was great until the crash in Sept. Can you refute that?

Refute what that the Bush economy sucked as a whole yes. According to the center on budget policy priorities it did.

What else do you want me to refutiate that Bush was president during September huge crash and Obama was merely on the campaign trail?

Did you know that the unemployment during the bush years, except for maybe the last 6 months, was right in line with the Clinton Administration?

The stock market was booming during these 8 years.

Interest rates have remained low throughout.

I'd like to see how this "CBPP" interprets the numbers.

Since obama was elected, the market has dived worse than the Sept crash. Fact.

Quote:
the Dow Jones Index lost 17% of its value from Sept. 2 through Nov. 3.

from Nov. 4, 2008 through Feb. 12, 2009, the DJI overall fell 18% -- a larger drop than during the Sept-Oct plunge.
Hello?

Hello?
First off your quote covers how bad Bush screwed up the conomy. Yes the stock market soared with deregulation. Like an unrestricted race car. It raced straight into a hard crash. I guess thats why nascar uses restrictor plates and so should government. Wiki has similar economic numbers on the Bush years how curious.

People are losing their jobs because the market is dropping.
If the market were rising, people would be getting hired, not laid off..! But, Nice try...!
