I wonder when CNN will present White in America!

Of course, to avoid any charges of partiality, CNN will now have to devote similar time slots to "Asian in America," "Hispanic in America," and so on, making sure not to leave out any racial or ethnic group represented in the population of the United States. I don't know where they're going to find the time for all of their other, regularly scheduled broadcasting, but they'll just have to work around that one.

The Irish and Italians were discriminated against by the Anglo whites just as much as any other ethnicity. CNN should do a Being Irish in America. Where is the NAAIP?

Some program on CNN or any other network should not be the barometer for how blacks look at themselves as a race. Just because the program did not feature an abundance of black men in positive positions for your liking does not mean those people don't exist.

I'm tried of people having to look at TV or music or entertainment as how blacks should view themselves. What rappers or actors or athletes do does not define them or there community because no community is perfect. We don't live in Pleasantville. And if people don't think there are quality blacks in this country, well let them be stupid.

Look down the street at the black business owner, the nurse, coach, the day care center employee and teacher. Those are inspirations. We don't need CNN to validate what they already know.
