If the polls are rated by A,B, D and F anything above F is passing and favorable. If C was the average then the polls are challenged.

Omnibus Spending Bill: Huge Spending and 9,000 Earmarks Represent Business as Usual

FY 2009 omnibus appropiations bill:
  • spending hike for the second consecutive year;
  • Combines with the "stimulus" creating a 80 percent increase that is "discretionary"
  • 9,287 pork projects (13 BILLION of 410 Billion hmm is that 3%?)
  • Promised to put EVERY spending bill "out where you can see it" for 5 days before signing it.
  • MAJOR Dissappointment in "CHANGE"...approval rating goes down.

You've got to be kidding right? The left-leaning-fact-hiding-showing-halo-above-head-pro-Obama-media....especially pre-election, was projectile-vomit-nauseating.

You libs are so sticking-head-in-sand.

Obama said what he thought he had to say to get elected, with not much thought to what he would actually have to DO once he was. His numbers will drop continually as people realize he was full of hot air.

His entire premise was nothing but what people wanted to hear. No plan, no realism. Just talk.

Wake up! You are losing your relevance to the majority of Americans.

Maybe you should start a thread on that then? Any opinions on the actual topic?

Smile O.K. The Ratings!

I agree with those that point to generally lower ratings the longer the person occupies the office--historical trends indeed.

While ratings have their place they are not paramount compared to results and results are what we need. The great train of giving away America--of cornering opportunity for the privileged--and unbridled financial charades must come to a halt.

If the Adm. can make even a reasonable dent in these issues I don't need to see a glowing rating chart.

The powerful with much to lose are very tenacious with locked in protections in many cases--it will be difficult for any Adm. to loosen their grips--but it can be done and the sooner we start the better it will be for most Americans regardless of political affiliation.
