Enough with all of this government is going to grab my gun nonsense. The issue of individual rights was decided by District of Columbia v Heller. Your right to keep and bear arms is now undisputed fact so the government isn't sending anyone to "come and take" your guns.

The concern is that the Obama administration will ignore civil rights and the constitution in order to pander to the far left nutjobs that make up the base. All this talk could be ended quickly if Obama would promise to veto any anti-gun rights bill that comes across his desk. Instead, his own AG is promiting another attack on gun owners.

It's a vast left wing conspiracy to force right wing to cash in their life savings to buy armament. Obama owns all armament manufacturers and deliberately declared himself liberal in the womb with a life long ambition to scare them into it. Now he's wealthy beyond all wildest expectations and can commence with his communist agenda.

Or maybe right wing is really really really desperate to whip their own constituency into a frenzy. Or maybe our courts DO take the constitution quite seriously. Maybe. But as long as liberals exist diabolically plotting and scheming as they so often do, guns in the free world must be pointed AT them.

I support 2nd amendment, but it's not in any way been easy. What psychiatric evaluation could be accurate & fair without being abused?

Would you mind pointing to a single point that would indicate that the Obama administration would ignore civil rights or the Constitution when all evidence so far points to a restoration of civil rights and the rule of law?

Veto any "anti-gun rights bill" how absurd. How does one promise to veto a yet unwritten bill based upon the undefined rubric of "anti-gun," when you have some gun rights proponents who believe that it is a violation of their rights to have to carry a pistol concealed while in public?

Let's see what the experts say:

www.bradycampaign.com

Wow.
Those folks seem a little worried.
The Senate voted 61 to 36 to end the DC bans.
Last September the House voted by a huge majority (over 100 ) to end the DC bans.
The House senior leadership is fighting off a new vote because they know the bans will fall.
Good.
It's not 1994 anymore.

Now it's payback time.
