seems like it is getting worse there every day!

Do we need to save Mexico from itself? Would they even want us to?

WE have enough problems of our own to go in and invade yet another country. Let them tkae care of their own drug problems and let's tighten our immigration control here.

Haven't we had enough of invasions to last us for a good long time? Let's keep our military out of Mexico--unless Mexico launches a pre-emptive strike against the United States. OK?

I do not see us invading Mexico w/o an invitation, conversely, we likely do not have the ability what having a Bush Broken Military.

Put our military on the border with weapons at the ready. If someone trys to sneak across our border, put a warning shot "across the bow". If they ignore that warning shot ... "sink them"

There are documented cases of the Mexican Military coming across our border already - several incursions near Yuma, AZ

There are also some evidence (currently being investigated) where some within the Mexican Military are cooperating with the Cartels in the current border war - and helping them get the drugs across our borders.

Do we want a failed nation just to the south of us though? If that happens, can you imagine the flood of people crossing the border?

and no, I doubt the military would shoot to kill to keep them out.

I don't doubt it.

Let me ask this (and this is perhaps a poor analogy but...): Would you shoot and kill someone coming into your home in the middle of the night?
