"Obama laughing is a good sign
By Barb Shelly, Kansas City Star editorial page columnist

Wasn't it just a couple of weeks ago when people were taking some gray hairs as a sign that Barack Obama was "in over his head"?

Now he laughs during an interview and he's either "punch-drunk" or insensitive."
Obama laughing is a good sign | Midwest Voices

A short little bleep on the radar of memes.
I think the whole 'laughing thing' is overblown (as usual) by people with little else to hang on this great president.

Does a great President create a budget that according to the AP will increase the nation's debt by 400%?

You're easy to brainwash dude. Hitler would have had a field day with you.

Wow! You read my mind. When I was watching it, I was thinking humorously, what if this guy breaks down crying with all the stuff he has to deal with.

He probably has had, or been close to a breakdown already...They're still trying to calibrate his medication to the proper dosage. They gave him just a couple milligrams too much before sitting down with Kroft

He must have gotten the perfect medication as I'm watching this press conference. Whatever works, eh?

LOL, that's funny.

He did seem to be on something. Either that or he is delighted by the way our country is going---to Socialism. Right on track for him and he is making a fortune off it. Scary. I would have rather seem him serious on the subject. Why would he have to laugh or cry---just tell us how it is and be serious.
