On another note: No demand=no supply. You can thank the Americans who are buying the drugs and supplying the arms. The arms dealers should be arrested and charged with treason, in my view.
What Clinton said is that the US is partially to blame for the drug trade because if Americans didn't buy drugs then there wouldn't be cartels trying to traffic drugs. That statement is factually correct and we do need to do more to reduce consumption right here in the US.
