OK, so the President just wipe his hands of the auto industry and say no more money for you. You can keep your current staff you have and figure it out for youself.

Then what.. The auto industry collapse. Unemployment increases even higher, stock market goes down to 2k points, more businesses file bankruptcy. Then what?

I guess i could go into business with someone to open a soup kitchen, because thats where we are headed with this hands off approach.

So, if Chrysler merges with Fiat, they can get Federal money.
If Chrysler remains an independent American company, they don't get any Federal money.
I can see how that helps the US auto industry....
