The court seem to have given Franken the nod for Senate.

Court to count up to 400 ballots in Senate recount trial (http://www.startribune.com/politics/national/senate/42221767.html?elr=KArksLckD8EQDUoaEyqyP4OW3ckUiD 3aPc:_Yyc:aU1yDEmP:QMDCinchO7DU - broken link)

I guess now we'll find out if Coleman and the Republicans actually believe in the rule of law. Or, perhaps they just want to keep holding their breath until they turn blue.

I'm sure we're about to see a lot of "stolen election" posts!

Looks like they're losing NY-20, too (special election to replace Gillibrand - who replaced Sen. Clinton).

And the GOPer who's losing in a Republican district has already filed preliminary appeals - even though the polls have yet to close!

That's the GOP - the party of obstruction!

Yeah because a Democrat in the same position would just quietly step aside

Nah. A Democrat probably wouldn't get the recount.

If I'm not mistaken, the votes were recounted, were they not? If there's a discrepancy with the number of votes for either party, they should be recounted. Not hard to understand.

Anybody who is happy about a fool like Franken in the senate is insane. Franken is a bigger fool than that idiot former ESPN guy.
